Hi Rachna! The best times to refrigerate no-knead Dutch oven breads would be during either the first (bulk) fermentation or the second final rise. In general, for each hour a recipe is calling for a rise at room temperature you can substitute that for 3-6 hours in the refrigerator. So if a recipe is calling for a 3 hour rise at room temperature 18 hours would be around when you would want to take it out of the fridge. Therefore, a full day or even two days may be a little bit too long to rise your dough depending on the exact recipe's instructions. Happy baking!
