Meg March 23, 2022 at 9:46am I made the honey oat pain de mie, after deflating the dough from the first rise, shape and did the 2nd fermentation in the fridge for 3-4hrs, then put it in room temp fir almost 2hrs. It was rising. But no oven spring. Did i do something wrong? Reply
