I am making bread and I have given it a first rise on the counter. I punched it down and put it in the fridge covered..l want to leave it overnight for its second rise.. After that I intend to punch it down and form loaves and let them rise again on the counter covered in wax paper till doubled and then bake. Can the yeast handle the 3 rises? Thanks
