What about pizza dough? Based on this article, am thinking let it rise for 20 mins on the counter, cover and place in refrigerator. How long can I keep in refrigerated, overnight? Once I take it out, how long do I let it warm up before I stretch it out? I have a proofing setting on my oven (80 degrees F), could I use that to warm it up? Thanks much!
