Exclusion isn't the answer to past exclusion.
Which I find funny because your company promotes inclusion, but your definition of inclusion means everyone except White people.

You are just perpetuating the problem and causing more issues.
All you are doing is adding fuel to the fire, and trying to enact a twisted version of social justice retribution.
By your logic, Japan should Nuke the United States to make up for past atrocities...
An extreme example, but I hope you understand why I am applying it to the tactics your company supports.

An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind, two wrongs don't make a right, etc.
If you wanted to make a donation to minority communities, it would have gone a lot better than hosting an event and saying someone isn't allowed to join because of their skin color.

It's sad to see that you have chosen this path, and I hope my comment will make you reflect upon your actions.
