Excluding anyone by their race is the definition of racism. This is an employee owned company. It should never use racism as a contest, it would be the same as limiting access to the actual store. Will there be a non white shopping day too? What about many of us with mixed race backgrounds? Will there be a skin color guide to judge us by our skin tone? Racism is in the past in America. Be part of our future or be left behind.
