I realized I wrote in the wrong space.
Martin… I too love to cook pastry cream. I am begging you to put up your recipe for the Japanese chocolate rolls w pastry cream, streusel, and whiskey sauce. I’m going out of my mind wanting to create this. Soooo many thanks.
