Hi Abbie, it can be difficult for dry yeast to dissolve properly after an autolyse, so you may want to reserve a small amount of water from the recipe to add along with the salt and yeast when you mix them in. This should help both dissolve, and should also make it easier to evenly incorporate these ingredients after the autolyse is complete.
