Hi SR, it sounds like you dug back so far in the comments that you got to a time before we had developed our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure flour. This flour works beautifully as a substitute for either unbleached all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour in your favorite cake, cookie, brownie and muffin recipes!
