I was planning to make your Favorite Fudge Birthday Cake for my son's birthday. Do you think that recipe would also be better with the Measure for Measure flour? My husband actually can't do wheat, so I do lots of GF baking, but usually default to regular flour for guests. Added bonus if I don't have to make a separate GF treat for him!

Thanks for this post--I've definitely noticed that GF brownies are better, but thought maybe I was imagining it!
