You're absolutely right. My family *loves* KA chocolate cake mix. After my birthday, my mom asks for it exclusively; she doesn't even want other mixes even though she can eat gluten! But you have your flours backwards. Measure 4 Measure has xanthan. The All Purpose doesn't.

Keep up the delicious work. I'm allergic to wheat and KAB is the absolute best, particularly since you haven't added Pea protein/fiber.
