Hi Melissa. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific ratio of those three flours we can suggest to use in place of our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. While this flour is a blend of rice flour and starches, the most important ingredient for binding and using as a 1-for-1 flour would be the addition of Xanthan Gum.
