It is not good that we develop a food that requires salt to achieve a particular modification to the structure. This is worse than if we use salt for flavouring a food that is somehow nicer with salt. Its two degrees worse than using salt where its actually needed, like brining some foods that are otherwise toxic. Please develop alternatives, may God show you the way. Celery leaf is salty.
