Hi Marian, we do have a recipe for a Gluten-Free Sourdough Starter (which uses our GF Measure for Measure Flour). We haven't (as yet) developed any GF Sourdough Bread recipes using our new GF Bread Flour, but we are actively working on it, so please stay tuned! In the meantime, we do have this Gluten-Free Sourdough Sandwich Bread recipe, which calls for our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour and xanthan gum.
