I just created a sourdough starter from organic rye following your sourdough starter recipe, we had vacation so it sat in fridge for a week before ever doubling, but getting bubbles. I am rejuvenating now, it was a little acetone smell this morning so shifting to 2 feedings daily. My question is, what is the best recipe for my first loaf ever? There are too many options to choose from and I am overwhelmed, Thanks!
