I wanna try something out. I wanna make 100% whole wheat flour 50% hydration levain. Do you think to puree the matured levain in blender with water called for final dough is a good idea? You know, so I won't have visible chunks of levain lol. Thanks, appreciate it ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
