Last year I made one of those no discard starters from YouTube and have had bad luck with it. (Newbie) It is refrigerated three weeks between baking and the bread barely rises. I have been trying to rejuvenate my starter with twice daily feedings (weighed) and even though there are small bubbles, it is not rising. I am feeling discouraged as it has been six days. Should I start over from scratch with your recipe? (I bake with your flour)
