Well, I'm brand new to this stuff, and as we speak I've just put two loaves in the fridge to be ready to go in the morning (Oz time).
But I'm absolutely fascinated at something so simple has been turned into something requiring a Ph.D in Astro physics?!
Anyway, my bread has been turning out wonderfully, so I'll step back from all this uber complication stuff.
