Hi Morgan, we wouldn't recommend substituting self-rising flour into this biscuit recipe. The protein percentage of our self-rising flour is much lower than our unbleached all-purpose flour, which means the biscuits will be much wetter and may not hold their shape well. If you decide to try it, leave out the baking powder and the salt, and add more flour as needed.
