I have a mile-high cake recipe that I love to make because it is such a big pound cake and I have to add parchment paper at the top of the cake pan in order to have enough room for all the batter; however, when the cake is done after an hour and a half, the very top middle part of the cake does not seem to be done. What can I do to make this part of the cake done?
