Hi Nicole. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble with the batter curdling. It is important to make sure all of the ingredients are at room temperature as the slight change in temperature can cause the butter to seize and the cuddle to appear. Lastly, depending on the recipe that you are using sometimes, there’s simply too much water in the mixture and not enough fat to hold it, no matter how careful you are. We hope this helps.
