My question is since an air fryer is a mini convection oven, why does baking in a regular oven improve the doughnuts over the air fryer? Perhaps the temp in the air fryer should be reduced to compensate for the small size of the cooking chamber and the fan which can distribute lots of heat fast. ,y thinking is what would be the result if the temperature was more in the range of 275 or so.
