I made my first loaf of KA’s Basic Sourdough today. The dough was a bit sticky and did not rise while baking. The loaf did not brown, but was fully baked. Why was the dough sticky and why did it not brown? The recipe called for it to be in a loaf pan and not in a Dutch oven. I need guidance, please.
