Last week I made my first batch of sourdough bread. Today I took out the second batch and stuck it in the oven with the light on no temperatures. I put a board on top of it with a towel was gone for five hours, and I came back and it was all over the bottom of my oven. Just wanted to know how do I save the starter and can I use it to make more sourdough bread?
