Hi Valentin, beyond traditional brick and mortar wood-fired ovens, we've focused on working with Ooni Pizza ovens. Martin has explored making bagels in a Ooni oven, and the Ooni website also offers many, many recipes geared for their ovens (including several bread recipes). There are, obviously, some size restrictions with this type of oven, but this should give you an idea of how bread baking might work with this particular variety of pizza oven.
