If you cannot bake a decent, single loaf of bread why would you want to make such an oven. Me it would just be for fun. But being 76 with some physical limitations even building one for fun is no longer a priority. As for sourdough I have tried and tried to get the bugger going but just cannot master the craft, even having purchased a starter I cannot master the craft.
