While the highlight of this recipe is really to feature the flavor of fresh blueberries, if you wanted to make with frozen, I would start pulling the berries out of your freezer and place in a colander set over a bowl until they have thawed. Then, gently transfer thawed blueberries to a paper towel-lined sheet pan and pat dry, then you can measure out the correct amount of blueberries called for in the recipe and continue with the recipe as written.
