I would like to recreate the larabar kids cinnamon swirl bars but with less added sugar and a healthier fat (eg evoo instead of coconut oil). Any recipes or guidance? The ingredients they list are: buckwheat flour, honey, cane sugar, coconut oil, chia seeds, molasses, cinnamon, water, sea salt.
