The Fleischman UN-salted margarine is completely non-dairy and works well in some cookie recipes....I've been horribly lactose intolerant for about 8 years now, and I still miss baking with butter - the taste is just not the same with substitutes....I'm not really impressed with the Earth Balance sticks for cookies - works in some recipes, but not all.
