It's nice to have alternatives. I'm sticking with the cows! Butter, milk (almonds got no nipples and neither do oats) and all of the great things from real dairy. Interesting to read about the products. I use King Arthur flour all of the time. I am able to buy your baking sugar substitute at Kroger. I'm going to make a peach pie for one of my sons who doesn't use sugar. I'm anxious to try it. I will use part stevia brown sugar and part of King Arthur white sugar substitute! Thank you for all of your great products, tools (I own many) and recipes!!!!!!
