Most of the vegan 'butters' contain seed oils/canola oil etc. Canola, as an example, is 95% genetically modified grain which is then 'bleached', crushed extruded by a solvent and filtered/steamed to remove the bad odor (other steps involved, as well). Most of these oils are not good if you have inflammatory disease. Some cannot tolerate dairy so if you are among that group, look for the option that is the least refined in the manufacturing process as a rule of thumb. Food is complex today.
