My daughter has a dairy allergy so we've been baking dairy-free for a long time. Our all-time family favorite cake is the KA classic Cake Pan cake. It is our family birthday cake of choice. Now that more family members are also going vegan I really appreciate your testing of butter alternatives. Thank you! How about testing egg alternatives next!
