Hi Victoria, we are pleased to be able offer a variety of flours, including both organic and non-organic options, to accommodate the preferences of all our customers. Organic flours entail higher production costs, which may not work for the budgets of some of our customers. Most of our signature flours (including the organic versions) are only available in 5-pound bags, although you can sometimes find larger bags of the regular All-Purpose Flour.
