This was an excellent article that showcases the science of recipe testing. It also gives a baker confidence in the outcome of any King Arthur recipe. I am especially proud of Molly’s professionalism and creative skills. She was one of my Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) students at Rutland Town Elementary School! Nice to see that sister, Becky, was in on this with the photo credits. Way to go!
