I bake my rolls until they are done but not quite brown enough. Then let cool as to not let any condensation form in the plastic bag. Then I can take out the number I need. Bake them until they are fully browned and you have an excellent product. As there is usually only two of us, this works out great but when I have more people it certainly is a time saver.
