I've seen a few in the freezer section of our local grocery store Chris! Yes, you can certainly par bake your yeasted breads with great success, but the time might vary quite a bit depending on the size of the rolls (a larger roll will need to bake longer than a smaller roll). Bake until you start to see the edges just start to turn golden brown and then make sure to let them cool completely before storing them.
