Hi Cat. In general, most yeasted dough is kneaded on speed 1 or 2 for 5-7 minutes. It is best to determine a dough is finished kneading by evaluating the look and feel of the dough. A well kneaded dough should be soft, most of the time smooth, and when pulled on it should have some resistance.
