Hi there, Lauren! We don't recommend converting yeasted recipes to be gluten-free, it just won't create the structure needed to support the dough. Instead, we'd recommend checking out our Gluten-Free Dinner Rolls recipe, you could bake the rolls in a hamburger bun and mini pie pan or a jumbo muffin pan if you'd like rolls that are suitable for a standard-size burger.
