Moomie's beautiful burger buns was the first recipe I used to make burger buns. It's still a favorite, although I believe the original recipe called for adding about a teaspoon each of onion powder and dried minced onions. I also greatly miss the Baking Circle. There were wonderful discussions along with great recipes. Bettina (who sadly passed almost 3 years ago), MrsM, Shaboom and others were a wealth of knowledge and recipes. Someone should have compiled the recipes into a book. I wonder if those Baking Circle recipes and "threads" are floating out there somewhere in cyberspace.
