I'm a little pressed for time on the 4th of July. I was hoping that I could make the Amish Dinner Roll dough and the Japanese Milk Bread Roll dough the day before and allow it to rest overnight in the fridge and finish the process on the day. That would mean fresh baked rolls on the day itself. I've had too many disasters with projects like this and would like to have a nod that this idea would work.
