I just used Morton's coarse salt in my cookies and they were flat :( I just purchased Diamond Flakes and also table salt. The issue I see with trying purchase table salt around me (NC) is that they all have anti-caking powder. Which is better to use, I'm so confused with salt now and have been baking for YEARS. Thanks for the article it helped a bit :)
