Scott June 27, 2021 at 4:58pm I like to use Hymilain pink salt. I weigh my salt for consistency. I also run my salt through my grain mill for a fine texture. This helps it to quickly dissolve and get incorporated evenly throughout my dough. Happy baking! Reply
