I have a terrible time finding Diamond Crystal salt at major grocery stores in Phoenix- can you believe that. I use Morton & the sea salt from Costco. I’ve had great luck with the Costco sea salt but will use the regular Morton salt that I grew up with. So glad I read this article I’m saving it to my baking folder on my iPad.
