Hi there, Barbara! You're welcome to experiment but we think that the cheesecake would become soft and melty fairly quickly which will be a bit frustrating to work with. If you're looking to add a little pizzazz to cheesecake, you could divide your batter and color it as Hannah does in this post, then swirl them together!
