hello! I learned about these only today, a man was selling at our central ny regional market in Syracuse NY. He had them filled. Coconut custard. Chocolate ones with ganache in the middle. One selection had a pocket of use with cheese. Thanks for this recipe. Any suggestions on filling/baking?
