I just baked (and doubled, of course!) the perfect pillowy cinnamon rolls 3 days ago, and just before I was ready to make my slices into the log of dough, I honestly had this same idea! You can imagine my surprise when I received this email this morning. Great minds think alike I guess. So now, I’m off to fulfill my dream knowing that it will most definitely work!
