I make around 120 dozen cookies and 16-18 dozen biscotti for family, friends, and co-workers for the holidays. I begin in October with those that freeze satisfactorily and bake almost daily in November (yes, I have 2 freezers). By this time in December, I am coming down the home stretch with those that will only require refrigeration. The day after Christmas, I sit down and say, "what the heck do I do with myself now?" and every year, I ask myself if I really want to do this again. And every year, I answer myself by jumping into the fray. Happy holiday, y'all from Ferrum, Virginia!
