Looking forward to trying this! I’m really enjoying the Casual Sourdough Baker series. I love the extra flavor sourdough brings but rarely have time (or the experience, if I’m being honest) to baby a beautiful artisan style loaf. These “easier” recipes and tips have been loads of fun and raise my baking confidence!
