I discovered this post from 2021 today. KAB, your response was so lovely to every comment. KAB must be a wonderful place to work. Your products are certainly phenomenal and my baking has never been better as a result of your recipes and products.

I came out of the closet in the 90s and the majority of responses were negative using the same tired perspective I see here in the negative comments. As if somehow, my existence nullified the main stream existence.

Food and culture and love and family are all wrapped together and to see our culture expand and embrace all enriches all of us, expands our awareness and connects us. Thank you for doing the good work.
