Wonderful article! I love seeing how large and diverse communities are. I really enjoy trying recipes from different countries and cultures. It's interesting to see how people's lives are affected by cooking and how their cooking is affected by who they are. I am the ONLY baker/cook in my family so almost all the 'family recipes' are new and diverse. A lot of them are from KAF. The first cake I ever baked was the Tender White cake on the flour box. :)

I've used your simpler no-bake recipes in the classroom. I work with students with disabilities and we work in a lot of different skills with cooking: reading, math, vocabulary, following directions, waiting our turn, waiting until the recipe is done before eating it (looking at you, chocolate chip stealer), and social skills. Is there anything in the works for putting a spotlight on bakers with disabilities? That would be so cool.

Thank you for working to keep the love in the kitchen!
